ctc77 Platform Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ctc77 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and any associated software or tools made available to registered users.

• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on ctc77, through which all transactions and gaming activity are conducted.
• "Funds" means any monetary amount denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held within a Player's ctc77 account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive offered by ctc77 to Players, subject to individual terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which ctc77 confirms a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ctc77. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the ctc77 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of ctc77, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, bonus participation, customer support interactions, and account management. ctc77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

ctc77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include a national identification card, passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued documentation. ctc77 may suspend or restrict an account pending satisfactory completion of age verification. Any funds held in an account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be forfeited, and the account will be permanently closed.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

ctc77 is operated primarily for and marketed to the Bangladeshi online betting community. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ctc77 is lawful in their jurisdiction. ctc77 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all locations. Players who access ctc77 from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so at their own risk and ctc77 accepts no liability in such circumstances.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use ctc77, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one ctc77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or in collaboration with third parties — is strictly prohibited. ctc77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, at its sole discretion, retain any funds held within those accounts as a penalty for the breach.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Players are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your phone number, email address, or linked payment method — you must update your account promptly via the account management section or by contacting our support team. ctc77 cannot be held responsible for failed transactions or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ctc77 username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party, including family members. ctc77 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify ctc77 support immediately via live chat or email. ctc77 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending resolution. ctc77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have voluntarily shared them.

For enhanced security, ctc77 recommends using a unique password not used on any other platform, enabling any available two-factor authentication, and accessing your account only from trusted, private devices and networks.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ctc77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ctc77 does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. ctc77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ctc77 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the sending institution's processing times. ctc77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawals above a threshold determined by ctc77's compliance team may be subject to additional identity verification before processing. ctc77 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

6.5 Own Accounts Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ctc77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Likewise, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ctc77 account. Any breach of this requirement may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and further investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

ctc77 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general statement regarding bonuses.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to any specific bonus will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain games (which will be specified in the promotion's terms) may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, towards meeting wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing ctc77's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, making low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or engaging in coordinated bonus exploitation with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed at ctc77's discretion.

7.4 Seasonal Promotions

ctc77 may run time-limited promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to the Bangladesh market. These promotions are made available at ctc77's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ctc77 are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market, as published in the platform's betting rules section. ctc77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where an obvious technical fault has occurred. Settlement of bets is based on official results from recognised governing bodies such as the ICC, BPL Governing Council, and FIFA.

8.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are live and dynamic. Odds change rapidly during events. ctc77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice and to settle, void, or delay the settlement of in-play bets where the integrity of the market cannot be confirmed. Players acknowledge the inherent risks of in-play betting.

8.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino and slot games on ctc77 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules as presented within the game interface. ctc77 does not control or modify game outcomes; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective providers.

8.4 Crash Games

Games such as Aviator and Space Max operate on a provably fair multiplier mechanic. Players must cash out before the multiplier crashes. ctc77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to cash out in time, connectivity issues on the Player's device, or misunderstanding of game mechanics.

8.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game or betting market, all affected bets or game rounds may be declared void and stakes returned to the Player's account. ctc77's decision on malfunction-related matters is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ctc77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age documentation.
• Operating more than one ctc77 account, including under aliases or through third parties.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports corruption, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your ctc77 account to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that ctc77 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful towards its staff, support agents, or other players.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ctc77 platform — including but not limited to the ctc77 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ctc77 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ctc77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or other exploitation of ctc77's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctc77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ctc77 platform or any of its features.

This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from: service interruptions or downtime; technical errors or malfunctions beyond ctc77's reasonable control; delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers; unauthorised account access due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security; changes to applicable laws or regulations affecting the legality of online betting; or decisions by game providers regarding the outcome of any game round.

ctc77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain service availability at all times, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

12. Responsible Gaming

ctc77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling among its player base. The platform is for adult entertainment only. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders using the tools available within their account settings or by contacting support.

Players who feel that their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others may request a voluntary self-exclusion period via ctc77's customer support team. 13. Termination & Suspension

ctc77 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice if ctc77 reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play pending wagering requirement completion) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, ctc77 reserves the right to retain all funds held within the account, including real money deposits, as compensation for the harm caused by the breach. Players retain the right to dispute such decisions by contacting ctc77's support team in writing.

Players may close their own ctc77 account at any time by submitting a written closure request to our support team. ctc77 will process closure requests within 5 business days. Any positive balance on the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal, subject to verification and these Terms.

14. Privacy & Data

ctc77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and ctc77. By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that Policy.

15. Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the ctc77 platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ctc77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ctc77's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that online betting regulations in Bangladesh may differ from the jurisdiction of ctc77's licence, and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws. ctc77 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in Bangladesh or any other specific jurisdiction.
